Plenty of grass, clover and sunshine create an environment that produces beef that is lean, flavorful, and full of healthy CLA (conjugated linoleic acid). With no preservatives or hormones, these young, lean steers are finished on green grass and crisp Oregon air. Most will dress out between 400 and 500 lbs. and are sold at hanging weight by the whole, half, or quarter. Additional costs apply for butchering and cut-and-wrap at a state-certified facility.
