Grass Fed Beef

Grass-fed beef

Plenty of grass, clover and sunshine create an environment that produces beef that is lean, flavorful, and full of healthy CLA (conjugated linoleic acid).  With no preservatives or hormones, these young, lean steers are finished on green grass and crisp Oregon air.  Most will dress out between 400 and 500 lbs. and are sold at hanging weight by the whole, half, or quarter.  Additional costs apply for butchering and cut-and-wrap at a state-certified facility.  Pastured veal is also available with the usual cost for butcher, cut and wrap. For current pricing, please check out our Handy Pricing Guide.  Our beef products are available primarily in the fall.  Call for availability and please order at least 90 days ahead.

Howdy. I’m looking for a split half/quarter of grass fed beef for my sister and her three children in Eugene. Do you have any still available? Also what is your aging protocol? Also, do you deliver to Eugene or can they come and get their order?

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Cheers,
    Jeanine
