Turkey Talk

This is a recent email we received from our friend Daniel.

I just want to thank you guys again for my turkey. I roasted it yesterday and had a few friends over for dinner… it was definitely the highlight of the evening. Everyone agreed it was probably the best turkey they’ve ever tried. It really was delicious. I trussed it like I did the chicken, but it’s definitely a little trickier with such a big bird. I think it helped because it was VERY moist and evenly cooked. I have an awesome food saver, so I now have delicious, freshly roasted free range turkey in my freezer!! Yayyyy! =D

I hope you and your family had an excellent Christmas. Thank you for making ours sooo tasty.
